| Total sales | Gross sales in SEK |
| Number of orders | Total paid orders |
| Average check | Average order amount |
| Food Cost % | Cost of goods as share of revenue |
| Gross Margin % | Profit after cost of goods |
Color coding:
- Food Cost: Green ≤35%, Orange ≤40%, Red >40%
- Gross Margin: Green ≥65%, Orange ≥60%, Red <60%
Charts:
Sales over time:
- Area chart with daily (or hourly) sales
- Optional comparison period shown as dashed line
- Can be viewed in full screen
Heatmap – Sales by hour & weekday:
- Grid with Mon–Sun on y-axis and 10:00–23:00 on x-axis
- Darker color = higher sales
- Hover over a cell to see exact amount
