Pre-bill

A pre-bill is a preliminary bill showing the order and total – but it is not a receipt.

How to:

1. Click Pre-bill in the quick buttons
2. A bill is printed with the text "*** NOT A RECEIPT ***"
3. The table is marked with green status

When is it useful?

• The guest wants to see the bill before paying
• For table service – give the guest the bill and collect payment afterwards

New items after pre-bill: If you add more items after the pre-bill has been printed, the table is marked with orange+green (new items since the last bill).
