Pre-Set Automations

Vendion creates six automations automatically for you. You can customize or turn them off.

1. Welcome SMS

• Trigger: First visit (24 hours after)
• What: "Hi {name}! Thanks for your first visit to {restaurant}..."

2. Birthday

• Trigger: 1 day before guest's birthday
• What: "Happy birthday {name}! We want to celebrate you..."

3. Win-back (Reactivation)

• Trigger: Every Monday at 10am, if guest hasn't visited in 60+ days and has 3+ visits
• What: "We miss you {name}! It's been a while..."

4. Thank you after visit

• Trigger: 2 hours after paid order
• What: "Thanks for visiting {name}! We hope you had a great evening..."

5. No-show follow-up

• Trigger: 1 hour after no-show
• What: "Hi {name}, we missed you tonight..."

6. VIP upgrade

• Trigger: When guest receives the "VIP" tag
• What: "Congratulations {name}! You're now a VIP guest..."
