QR Codes for Tables

Each table in Vendion gets a unique QR code that guests can scan to order directly from their phone.

Where to find QR codes:

1. Go to Settings → Tables & Floor Plan → QR codes
2. All tables with QR codes are listed

What happens when the guest scans:

1. The guest scans the QR code with their phone camera
2. A web page opens (no app needed)
3. The guest sees the menu linked to the table
4. The guest can order directly via the AI chat (Chat Order)
5. The order is sent to the POS and kitchen

Print QR codes:

• Individual: Click on a table → Print QR code
• All: Click Print all to get all QR codes in one PDF

The QR code contains:

• The restaurant's slug (e.g. vendion.com/order/ristorante-mario)
• The table number as a parameter
• The guest automatically lands on the right table

Tips:

• Laminate the QR codes and place them on the tables
• Test each QR code with your phone before going live
• QR codes update automatically if the restaurant's slug changes
• Combine with table booking – the guest can order while waiting for their food
