    Adding a New Staff Member

    Invite staff to the system and create their profile.

    Step 1 – Invite to the system:

    1. Go to Settings → Users
    2. Click Invite team member
    3. Enter email address and name
    4. Choose role:
      • Boss – Full administrator access
      • Staff – Limited access (own schedule, time clock, portal)
    5. Click Send invitation

    The employee receives an email with a link to create their account.

    Step 2 – Create staff profile:

    1. Go to Staff → Staff
    2. Click Add staff
    3. Fill in:
      • Name and contact details
      • Personal identity number (for the staff register)
      • Employment type: Permanent, fixed-term or hourly
      • Salary type: Monthly salary or hourly rate
      • Salary amount (SEK/month or SEK/hour)
      • Employment rate (50–100%)
      • Role (e.g. Chef, Waiter, Bartender)
      • Skills: Kitchen, Bar, Floor, Dishwashing, POS (can have multiple)
      • Employment start date
      • Bank account (for salary payments)
    4. Save

    Tip: You can link an existing system user to a staff profile via the onboarding wizard that appears automatically.
