Schedule Warnings – Labor Law Rules

The schedule is automatically validated against Swedish labor law rules (Visita/HRF).
Warning types:
| Warning | Rule | Level |
|---|---|---|
| Daily rest | Minimum 11 hours rest between shifts | 🔴 Red |
| Weekly rest | Minimum 36 hours continuous rest per week | 🔴 Red |
| Max shift length | Shifts may not exceed 10 hours | 🔴 Red |
| Short gap | Minimum 6 hours between shifts | 🟠 Orange |
| Overtime | More than 40 hours per week | 🟠 Orange |
Where warnings appear:
- Directly on the shift in the schedule (warning icon)
- Click the icon to see which rule is being violated
Thresholds can be customized: Go to Staff → Settings and adjust max shift length, rest periods etc.
