Handle Walk-ins

A walk-in is a guest who arrives without a booking. You can quickly register them in the system.

Create a walk-in:

1. Open Bookings in the POS
2. Click "Add walk-in"
3. Fill in:
   • Guest name (required)
   • Number of guests
   • Phone number (optional – enables CRM linking)
   • Notes (optional)
4. Click Save

What happens:

• A booking is created with status Seated immediately (guest is already on-site)
• Source is set to "Walk-in"
• If a phone number is provided, the guest is automatically linked to the CRM
