Campaign Results and Analytics

Follow up on how your campaign performed.
Open campaign details:
- Go to Marketing → Campaigns and click on a sent campaign
Statistics shown:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Recipients | Number of guests the campaign was targeted to |
| Delivered | Number of successfully delivered messages |
| Opened | Number who opened (email) |
| Clicked | Number who clicked a link |
| Bounced | Number that couldn't be delivered |
| Unsubscribed | Number who replied STOP |
Visualizations:
- Delivery funnel (recipients → delivered → opened → clicked)
- ROI calculation (guests who visited within 7 days after send)
Per recipient: See individual status (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, failed).
Actions:
- Duplicate – Create a new campaign based on this one
- Delete – Remove draft
