| Total guests | All registered guests |
| Loyal guests | 5+ visits |
| New guests | First visit within selected period |
| At-risk guests | Regulars who haven't visited in a long time |
Lifecycle funnel: All guests → Returning (2+) → Active (1+/month) → Loyal (5+) → VIP (top 10%)
