Overview – How Vendion Marketing Works

Vendion Marketing (formerly GästCRM) is a module for building relationships with your guests. Everything is built on customer data collected automatically from the POS and booking system – you don't need to enter anything manually.
Key features:
- Guest registry with profiles, visit history, and AI insights
- Tags (manual and automatic) for categorizing guests
- Segments for filtering guest groups
- Campaigns via SMS and email
- Automations that send messages at the right moment
- CRM dashboard with key metrics and insights
- Waiter Intel – AI-generated guest context for servers
Four tabs in the module:
