Guest Registry – Search and Filter

The guest registry gives you an overview of all your guests.

Open the registry:

• Go to Marketing → Guests

Search: Type name, phone number, or email in the search field.

Filter:

• Tags (e.g. show only VIP guests)
• Segments (e.g. "Regulars who haven't visited in 60 days")

Sort by:

• Latest visit
• Most visits
• Highest spending
• Name
• Most recently added

Each guest shows:

• Name with VIP badge (if applicable)
• Stars (1 star = 1+ visits, 2 stars = 4+, 3 stars = 11+)
• Phone number
• Number of visits and total spending
• No-show warning if >20%
