Waiter Intel – AI Guest Context for Staff

Waiter Intel generates a short AI summary about each guest – visible for staff in the POS and at bookings.

What's displayed:

• 3 sentences: What the guest likes, visit frequency, a concrete tip for the server
• Updated every 24 hours (can be manually refreshed)

Where it appears:

• In the POS for linked bookings or guests
• In the booking view
• In the guest card popup

Requirement: The guest needs at least 2 visits for the AI to have enough data.

Example:

"Prefers meat and red wine, often orders entrecôte with béarnaise. Visits the restaurant about every other week, always 2 people. Tip: Ask if they'd like to try the new Barolo wine – matches their flavor profile."
