AI Schedule Suggestions

Let AI suggest an optimal schedule based on historical data.

How it works:

1. Go to Staff → Schedule
2. Click AI suggestions
3. The system analyzes:
   • Historical sales (which days/times are most intensive)
   • Bookings for the week
   • Staff availability and skills
   • Unsocial hours rules (minimizes unnecessary costs)
4. You get a suggestion with shifts, staff and reasoning
5. Review and approve – or adjust before publishing

Tip: The AI suggestion is a starting point. You can always edit individual shifts afterwards.
