    Configure Booking Settings

    Customize the booking system to your restaurant's needs.

    How to:

    1. Go to Reservations in the admin menu
    2. Click the gear icon (settings) in the top right
    3. Under the General Settings tab you'll find:

    Available settings:

    SettingDescription
    Enable bookingTurn the entire booking system on/off
    Default seating durationHow long a booking lasts (default: 120 min)
    Min party sizeMinimum number of guests per booking
    Max party sizeMaximum number of guests per booking
    Minimum lead timeHow many hours before the guest can book at the latest
    Max advance bookingHow many days ahead the guest can book
    Time slotsInterval between bookable times (15, 30, or 60 min)
    Automatic table assignmentSystem assigns a table based on party size
    Allow guest cancellationGuest can cancel via SMS link
    Allow guest modificationGuest can modify their booking
    Cancellation deadlineLatest time guest can cancel (hours before booked time)

    Tip: Start with the default settings and adjust as needed. Most restaurants use 30-minute intervals and 120-minute seating duration.
