    Guests can manage their booking via a link sent in the confirmation SMS.

    What the guest can do:

    • View booking details – date, time, number of guests, special requests
    • Change party size (if you've enabled "Allow guest modification")
    • Cancel (if you've enabled "Allow guest cancellation" and the cancellation deadline hasn't passed)

    How it works:

    1. The guest clicks the link in their SMS (e.g. vendion.com/book/your-restaurant/manage?ref=A4K7Z2&phone=+46701234567)
    2. The booking is verified with reference number + phone number
    3. The guest sees their booking and can act based on your settings

    Cancellation rules:

    • If you set the cancellation deadline to 2 hours, the guest can cancel up to 2 hours before the booked time
    • After that, a message is shown to contact the restaurant directly

    Automatic waitlist promotion: When a guest cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically offered the spot.
