    Bookable Resources

    Create bookable resources like bowling lanes, karaoke rooms, private dining rooms or billiard tables. Set capacity, price per slot and availability.

    Create a resource:

    1. Go to Admin → Bookings → Resources
    2. Click "New resource"
    3. Fill in:
      • Name (e.g. "Bowling Lane 1", "Karaoke VIP")
      • Description
      • Capacity (max number of people)
      • Price per slot
      • Slot duration (30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes)
    4. Save

    Availability per weekday: Set which times the resource is available for each day of the week. For example:

    • Monday–Thursday: 17:00–22:00
    • Friday–Saturday: 15:00–00:00
    • Sunday: Closed

    Block times: You can block specific times for:

    • Maintenance and cleaning
    • Private events
    • Seasonal adjustments

    Blocked times are shown as unavailable in the booking view.

    Slot durations:

    DurationSuitable for
    30 minBilliards, simple activities
    60 minStandard (bowling, karaoke)
    90 minLonger sessions, private rooms
    120 minEvents, large groups

    Public booking link: Each resource can have its own booking link. Guests choose date, time and number of people, and see available slots in real-time.

    Tip: Combine resource bookings with table bookings – e.g. "Book bowling at 18:00 + dinner at 20:00" for a complete experience.
