Vendion's booking system lets your guests book tables online, by phone, or directly on-site. Everything is managed in the same system as the POS, CRM, and your AI assistant.
Key features:
- Guests book via your booking page (link or QR code)
- You manage bookings in a calendar view with timeline, list, or floor plan
- Automatic table assignment based on party size
- SMS confirmation and reminders sent automatically
- Waitlist when fully booked
- Guests can modify or cancel their booking themselves
- All guest data is automatically linked to your CRM
Booking statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting confirmation |
| Confirmed | Booking is approved |
| Waitlist | Fully booked – guest is in queue |
| Seated | Guest has arrived and is seated |
| Completed | Visit is finished |
| No-show | Guest never showed up |
| Cancelled | Booking is cancelled |
Booking sources: Each booking tracks where it was created – manually in admin, online via the booking page, by phone, walk-in, Google, or via AI Boss.
