Booking Analytics & Reports

Get insights about your bookings with built-in analytics.

Open analytics:

1. Go to Reservations
2. Click the Analytics tab

Available KPIs:

• Total number of bookings
• Occupancy rate
• No-show rate
• Average party size
• Most popular booking time
• Average advance booking time

Charts and reports:

• Bookings per day (line chart)
• Bookings per shift (bar chart)
• Booking sources (pie chart – online, phone, walk-in, etc.)
• Occupancy per weekday
• Heatmap: day × time of day
• No-show trend over time
• New vs returning guests

Tables:

• Top guests (most visits)
• No-show guests (most missed visits)
• Table popularity

Time period: Choose between today, this week, this month, last 3 months, or custom date range.

Export: Click the CSV button to download data.
